Role Overview

Contract and Location

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily MMS operations, helpdesk tickets, users, and security groups.
• Ensure system changes follow testing and change management procedures and recommend improvements to system and data quality.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and create scripts defining pass/fail criteria.
• Create technical documentation, processes, work instructions, procedures, and training materials.
• Deliver MMS training across business functions and departments.
• Maintain MMS hardware and software, record system information, produce performance reports, and investigate root causes.
• Develop complex SQL queries for business users and support third-party integrations.
• Deputize for the MMS Solution Architect Manager and assist with strategic systems business cases.

Experience

• At least five years of experience with Maximo 7.6.x or higher is required.
• Experience with Maximo Anywhere development and deployment, Maximo Integration Framework, BIRT Reports, advanced SQL/TSQL, Java class, and Automation Script is required.
• Maximo Application Suite and Maximo Mobile experience are desirable.

Educational Qualification

• A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• IBM Certified Deployment Professional or IBM Certified Functional Analyst certification is desirable.
