Role Overview
Keolis.MHI is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Dubai operation.
The role supports customer service excellence and may evolve to meet business needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote and improve customer service excellence.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys and analyze customer needs and expectations.
- Cooperate with business partners and handle customer complaints.
- Respond to customer requirements and enquiries by telephone, fax, and email.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers and staff.
- Follow company strategies and quality systems.
- Report and resolve faults according to company procedures.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Assistant Manager Customer Experience and the Planning and Performance Manager.
Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required.
- A strong transport or services industry background is highly preferable.
- An ideally preferred qualification is a degree or high diploma in any discipline.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English or Arabic.
