Position Overview

A partner company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in India.

This is a fully remote role focused on hiring highly skilled technology professionals across the US and Canada.

The position covers Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Data Science, analytics, consulting, and leadership recruitment.

Accountabilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing.
  • Source candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen candidates, assess suitability, and support a strong candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, collect feedback, and improve hiring processes.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Manage offer and negotiation stages and support candidate conversion and onboarding.
  • Maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, contractors, and other talent partners.
  • Contribute to recruiting strategy and potentially own recruitment for a business line or vertical.

Requirements

  • Seven or more years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or executive or technical recruitment.
  • Demonstrated US hiring experience for specialized technology roles.
  • Strong understanding of North American employment and work authorization processes.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a specialized technology, analytics, consulting, or similar environment.
  • Experience with a globally operating consulting organization with US and India operations is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to work during US Eastern Time hours and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, accountable, collaborative, and focused on candidate and stakeholder experience.
