Role Overview

  • The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the organization’s end to end recruitment strategy across local and international markets.
  • This is a senior leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing a high performing talent acquisition function that supports multi site operations and ongoing regional growth.
  • The role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership, operational execution, and international recruitment capability across diverse talent markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
  • Build scalable recruitment frameworks to support multi site expansion.
  • Align workforce planning with senior leadership and operational needs.
  • Lead international hiring across multiple regions (Europe, Asia, MENA, etc.).
  • Develop global sourcing strategies for both niche and high volume roles.
  • Manage relocation and visa based hiring requirements where applicable.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the internal recruitment team.
  • Build a structured, performance driven TA function.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of hiring targets across departments.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads on workforce planning.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on talent availability and market conditions.
  • Ensure alignment between hiring needs and business priorities.
