Role Overview
- The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the organization’s end to end recruitment strategy across local and international markets.
- This is a senior leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing a high performing talent acquisition function that supports multi site operations and ongoing regional growth.
- The role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership, operational execution, and international recruitment capability across diverse talent markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
- Build scalable recruitment frameworks to support multi site expansion.
- Align workforce planning with senior leadership and operational needs.
- Lead international hiring across multiple regions (Europe, Asia, MENA, etc.).
- Develop global sourcing strategies for both niche and high volume roles.
- Manage relocation and visa based hiring requirements where applicable.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the internal recruitment team.
- Build a structured, performance driven TA function.
- Ensure efficient delivery of hiring targets across departments.
- Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads on workforce planning.
- Act as a strategic advisor on talent availability and market conditions.
- Ensure alignment between hiring needs and business priorities.
