- Direct and manage project development from initiation to completion
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
- Oversee certification of AD Civil Defense and re certification processes
- Liaise with stakeholders and communicate project success criteria
- Manage scope changes, risks, and contingency planning
- Prepare and submit budget proposals and estimate resources
- Assess staffing needs and coordinate recruitment
- Assign tasks and resolve conflicts within teams
- Plan schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical path
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations
- Mentor and supervise project team and contractors
- Ensure compliance with IMS systems and company regulations
Requirements
- Experience in offshore oil and gas construction projects

Job Overview
- Our client is a part of a reputed UAE based holding group with diversified business interests across construction, engineering, and infrastructure development.
- We are looking for a Construction Manager (Offshore Projects Oil and Gas) responsible for planning, execution, and closing of projects within defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality parameters.
- Salary: 18k 25k AED + Accommodation + Food + Transportation + other benefits
- Location: Offshore projects, UAE
Key Accountabilities
