Position Site Engineer (Offshore projects) Reports To: Site Manager Department: Operations Location- Offshore projects, UAE Salary- 8k- 12k AED + Accommodation + Food + Transpo.

Responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities and coordinate site operations
- Conduct site surveys and organize project resources
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with approved specifications, budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards
- Monitor civil and structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection reports, and engineering documentation
- Review construction drawings and design documents
- Estimate material quantities, labor requirements, and project costs
- Coordinate material procurement and availability
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in construction
- Experience in offshore projects
- Knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Purpose
- Our client is a part of a reputed UAE based holding group with diversified business interests across construction, engineering, and infrastructure development.
- As a Site Engineer you will perform engineering duties in planning, designing, supervising, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of buildings, structures, and associated facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities and coordinate site operations.
- Conduct site surveys and organize project resources.
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with approved specifications, budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards.
- Monitor civil and structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection reports, and engineering documentation.
- Review construction drawings and design documents.
- Utilize CAD software when required.
- Identify project constraints and recommend corrective actions.
- Estimate material quantities, labor requirements, and project costs.
- Support project planning and feasibility assessments.
Stakeholders
- Internal: Site Manager, Project Manager, Civil Engineers, MEP Engineers, Supervisors, Procurement Team, QA/QC Team, HSE Team.
- External: Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers.
