- Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Professional certification in Gemology (e.g., Graduate Gemologist) preferred
- Formal Train the Trainer certification is an advantage

Job Purpose
- Seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to deliver engaging, high quality training programs focused on gemology, jewelry, diamonds, colored gemstones, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor led classroom, virtual, and practical training programs in gemology and jewelry.
- Facilitate engaging learning sessions for retail teams, professionals, and students.
- Conduct technical training on diamonds, colored gemstones, pearls, jewelry manufacturing, and product knowledge.
- Assess learner progress through practical exercises, assessments, and evaluations.
- Adapt training methodologies to suit different learning styles and audiences.
- Develop, update, and customize training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Ensure training content remains aligned with industry best practices and emerging market trends.
- Create assessments, quizzes, and certification materials to measure learning effectiveness.
- Support the development of new educational programs and workshops.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, evaluations, and learner feedback.
- Prepare training reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate training schedules and classroom requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Professional certification in Gemology (e.g., Graduate Gemologist) is preferred.
- Formal Train the Trainer certification is an advantage.
Salary
- Salary up to 15k AED + Company benefits
