Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment activities for a client team.
The role focuses on sourcing, recruitment coordination, candidate relationships, and hiring support in a fast-paced catering or hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Recruit for operational and corporate catering positions.
- Maintain relationships with candidates, agencies, and recruitment partners.
- Close vacancies promptly while maintaining hiring quality.
- Maintain recruitment records and provide hiring reports.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two to five years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
- Catering, hospitality, F&B, or related industry experience is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- UAE or GCC recruitment experience is advantageous.
