Role Overview
The Recruitment Consultant will be based in the UAE, either in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
The role requires three years of experience in the UAE as a recruiter.
Responsibilities
- Assess client requirements and maintain communication throughout each recruitment assignment.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, internal databases, Boolean search, recruitment software, and headhunting.
- Review applications, conduct initial phone or video screenings, and explain roles and client organizations to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer discussions, negotiations, offer acceptance, and employment arrangements.
- Maintain candidate databases and relationships before and after placement to support successful transitions.
Education and Experience
- A degree in business, human resources, or a related field is required.
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally in a similar industry, is required.
- Three years of experience in UAE recruiting is required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and candidates.
- Strong salary, benefits, and employment-term negotiation skills.
- Ability to find creative solutions to recruitment challenges.
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities for handling multiple roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with recruitment software or tools.
