Role Overview
Drive commercial growth for ground support equipment across the Middle East and India.
Support airports and airlines through new business development, key account management, and complex project-based sales.
The position is based in Dubai and requires frequent regional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Middle East and India.
- Manage long-cycle project sales, including tenders, consultant engagement, and EPC contractor coordination.
- Build relationships with distributors, integrators, and airport stakeholders.
- Provide forecasts, pipeline visibility, and market insights to internal leadership.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams on customer requirements.
- Track competitors, market trends, and regulatory developments.
- Conduct customer visits, attend trade shows, and support regional project discussions.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5–7 years of regional sales experience in industrial equipment, aviation, or infrastructure.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder project cycles.
- Airport industry knowledge is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern and Indian business environments and procurement processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
