- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and design wireless, wired, and NAC solutions
- Develop high level and low level designs (HLD/LLD) for enterprise networks
- Create Bill of Materials (BOM), RFPs/RFIs responses, and technical proposals
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and workshops for customers and partners
- Deliver technical presentations on wireless, network security, and NAC solutions
- Act as the trusted technical advisor for customers
- Train and enable partners and internal teams on wireless, networking, and NAC technologies
- Stay updated on industry trends in Wi Fi 6/6E/7, Zero Trust, SD WAN, SASE, and NAC solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a PreSales, Sales Engineering, or Network Consulting role
- Strong expertise in Wireless Technologies, Networking, and NAC Solutions
- Certifications such as CWNP, CWNE
- Hands on experience with Wi Fi design tools (Ekahau, Hamina, Airmagnet)
- Experience with network security, Zero Trust, and identity based access control
- Strong presentation, whiteboarding, and documentation skills
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and events

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Systems Engineer with expertise in wireless technologies, networking, and Network Access Control (NAC) to support our sales team in designing and proposing cutting edge solutions to enterprise clients.
- The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge in wireless networking (Wi Fi, RF), routing & switching, security, and NAC solutions (such as FortiNAC, Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, etc.).
- You will work closely with sales representatives, customers, and partners to understand business requirements, architect solutions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and provide technical validation to drive successful deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and design wireless, wired, and NAC solutions that align with business objectives.
- Develop high level and low level designs (HLD/LLD) for enterprise networks, including Wi Fi, switching, security, and NAC policies.
- Create Bill of Materials (BOM), RFPs/RFIs responses, and technical proposals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and workshops for customers and partners.
- Deliver technical presentations on wireless, network security, and NAC solutions, highlighting key benefits and differentiators.
- Address technical objections and provide expert guidance during the sales cycle.
- Act as the trusted technical advisor for customers, helping them evaluate and select the right solutions.
- Train and enable partners and internal teams on wireless, networking, and NAC technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends in Wi Fi 6/6E/7, Zero Trust, SD WAN, SASE, and NAC solutions.
- Analyze competitor solutions and develop competitive positioning strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in a PreSales, Sales Engineering, or Network Consulting role.
- Strong expertise in Wireless Technologies (Wi Fi, RF design), Networking (Routing & Switching, SD WAN, VLANs, Firewalls, VPNs), and NAC Solutions.
- Certifications such as CWNP, CWNE.
- Hands on experience on Wi Fi design tools such as Ekahau, Hamina, Airmagnet or similar in predictive, passive and active site surveys.
- Hands on experience on Wi Fi post survey tools.
- Experience with network security, Zero Trust, and identity based access control.
- Strong presentation, whiteboarding, and documentation skills.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and events.
