Compensation
- Salary is up to AED 25,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement, logistics, material management, and distribution functions.
- Manage vendors supplying engineering components, raw materials, and specialized tooling.
- Implement inventory controls that reduce carrying costs while preventing production downtime.
- Oversee domestic and international shipping, customs compliance, and warehousing.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and lead cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
- Monitor global market trends and disruptions and develop contingency plans.
- Align procurement schedules with engineering and project management timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Business.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
- Strong experience in procurement and logistics is required.
- Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, plus advanced Excel skills.
- CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, adaptability, attention-to-detail, and decision-making capabilities are required.
- The candidate should be able to operate at a senior level and support key business decisions.
