Accountabilities
- Analyze complex supply chain datasets to identify trends, risks, cost-saving opportunities, and performance improvements.
- Develop predictive models and optimization algorithms using AI and machine learning techniques.
- Integrate analytics, models, and data-driven capabilities into supply chain platforms with engineering and product teams.
- Build KPI dashboards and provide real-time visibility into operational performance.
- Support inventory optimization, demand planning, logistics efficiency, procurement, supplier performance, and waste reduction.
- Translate cross-functional business challenges into analytical solutions and present findings to leadership.
- Apply data, automation, and analytics to transformation and cost-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- One to three years of relevant experience, academic project experience, or comparable hands-on exposure to supply chain analytics or data analysis.
- Strong capabilities in Python, SQL, and visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience or familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and translate analysis into actionable insights.
