Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Gallery’s strategic growth initiatives
- Identify new commercial, institutional and cultural opportunities across the GCC and international markets
- Build relationships with collectors, family offices, art advisors, museums, galleries and cultural institutions
- Support the planning of exhibitions, international projects and art fair participation
- Conduct market analysis and monitor developments in contemporary art, luxury and private collecting
- Develop strategic collaborations with cultural organisations, luxury brands and institutional partners
- Coordinate priority projects directly with the Founder & CEO
- Strengthen the Gallery’s international positioning, visibility and long term commercial development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Arts, Cultural Management, Marketing or a related discipline
- Previous experience in galleries, museums, auction houses, luxury brands, family offices, cultural institutions or strategic development
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, collectors or institutional partners
- Fluent English is required
- Arabic or another international language is considered an advantage
- Availability for regional and international business travel

About the Role
- Arturo Palomba Gallery LLC is an international contemporary art gallery headquartered in Dubai, collaborating with internationally recognised artists, collectors, museums and cultural institutions across Europe, the Middle East and international markets.
- We are seeking an experienced Gallery Strategy Manager to support the Gallery’s long term development, identify new commercial and cultural opportunities, and strengthen its relationships with collectors, institutions and strategic partners across the GCC and international art markets.
