About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop the Gallery’s strategy for AI, digital and technology based art
- Identify emerging digital artists and innovative creative projects
- Research developments in generative AI, immersive media and interactive installations
- Coordinate AI and digital art exhibitions from concept to delivery
- Build relationships with artists, creative technologists, universities and cultural institutions
- Evaluate digital portfolios and proposals for potential representation or collaboration
- Support the production of multimedia, immersive and technology led installations
- Coordinate external developers, designers, producers and technical partners
- Develop collaborations with technology companies and innovation organisations
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, budgets and implementation plans
- Represent the Gallery at international art fairs, digital art events and technology conferences
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO on innovation and international development projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Arts, Fine Arts, Creative Technology, Computer Science, Media, Design or a related discipline
- Professional experience in digital art, creative technology, AI based content, immersive media or cultural innovation
- Understanding of generative AI and contemporary digital art practices
- Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms used for image, video or interactive content generation
- Strong project management, research and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate with both artists and technical professionals
- Fluent English is required
- Availability for regional and international travel

About the Role
- Arturo Palomba Gallery LLC is seeking an experienced AI & Digital Art Manager to develop projects at the intersection of contemporary art, artificial intelligence and emerging digital technologies.
- The successful candidate will identify innovative artists, coordinate digital art initiatives and support the development of exhibitions, installations and international collaborations involving AI generated, interactive and technology based art.
