About the Role

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Art History, Fine Arts, Arts Management, Business or a related discipline
- Previous experience in galleries, artist management, museums, cultural institutions or creative industries
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Passion for contemporary art and artist development
- Fluent English is required
- Availability for international travel

About the Role
- Arturo Palomba Gallery LLC is seeking an experienced Artist Development Manager to identify, mentor and develop emerging and established contemporary artists for international exhibitions, gallery representation and long term career growth.
- Working directly with the Founder & CEO, you will play a key role in discovering artistic talent, building strategic relationships and expanding the Gallery's international artist network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify talented emerging and established artists.

- Coordinate artist onboarding and representation.

Requirements

- AED 34,000 – AED 48,000 per month (Tax Free)
