- Lead all international fine art packing and shipping operations
- Supervise museum quality packing, crating and artwork handling
- Coordinate domestic and international artwork transportation
- Manage import, export and customs documentation
- Coordinate specialist fine art logistics providers
- Oversee installation and de installation of exhibitions
- Prepare and review artwork condition reports
- Coordinate artwork insurance and risk management procedures
- Develop logistics schedules for international exhibitions and art fairs
- Ensure compliance with museum conservation and handling standards
- Optimise logistics costs while maintaining premium service quality
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO on strategic international projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Arts Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fine art logistics, museum logistics, galleries, auction houses or specialist artwork transportation
- Strong knowledge of international customs procedures and artwork shipping regulations
- Experience with museum standard packing, handling and installation
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Fluent English is required
- Availability for international travel

About the Role
- Arturo Palomba Gallery LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Fine Art Packing & Shipping Manager to lead the international transportation, packing, installation and logistics of artworks for collectors, museums, galleries and international art fairs.
- The successful candidate will ensure that every artwork is handled according to the highest museum standards while coordinating complex international shipments and logistics projects across Europe, the Middle East and other global markets.
Key Responsibilities

Salary
- AED 36,000 – AED 50,000 per month (Tax Free)
