About the Role

  • Arturo Palomba Gallery LLC is seeking an experienced Gallery Events Manager to lead the planning, organisation and execution of exhibitions, private viewings, collector events and international cultural initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering world class events while strengthening the Gallery's relationships with artists, collectors, institutions and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver exhibitions, gallery openings and exclusive VIP events.
  • Coordinate international art fair participation and cultural initiatives.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines and operational planning.
  • Liaise with artists, collectors, sponsors, suppliers and cultural institutions.
  • Coordinate venue preparation, logistics and event production.
  • Develop memorable experiences for collectors and VIP guests.
  • Support international networking activities and partnership events.
  • Ensure the successful execution of all Gallery events from planning to completion.
  • Work directly with the Founder & CEO on strategic event initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Arts Management, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in luxury events, exhibitions, galleries, museums, hospitality, corporate events or international conferences.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Arabic is considered an advantage.
  • Availability for regional and international travel.
