  • Join our team as Strategic NUPCO Lead for Riyadh, where you will be responsible for shaping and executing Medtronic's engagement strategy with NUPCO.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain senior level relationships with NUPCO.
  • Serve as Medtronic's single point of contact, aligning our capabilities with customer strategic priorities to strengthen our position as a trusted partner.
  • Monitor market trends, procurement changes, regulatory developments in NUPCO to strengthen sector performance.
  • Lead tender participation decisions and oversee end to end tendering processes, including submission, negotiation, and award execution, to maximize win rates.
  • Lead contracting and pricing strategy, including the negotiation of framework agreements and key commercial terms, and ensure optimal portfolio positioning within tenders to maximize access, awards, and volume realization.
  • Drive cross stakeholder engagement by partnering with SAM, Commercial Teams, Enablers, and Functions to align system level strategies with account execution priorities.
  • Drive execution discipline across tendering and contracting cycles, ensuring timely issue resolution and operational efficiency to accelerate award outcomes.
  • Identify and advance value based partnership opportunities beyond pricing to support long term healthcare system transformation.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage end to end agreements.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, life sciences, or biomedical engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare or MedTech, including roles in market access, NUPCO, tendering, contracting, and public healthcare systems.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including public procurement processes, healthcare regulations, and institutional purchasing models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy and commercial deal structuring.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
