A Day in the Life

  • As an Associate Logistics Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the execution and continuous improvement of logistics and warehouse operations across Saudi Arabia.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams and third party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure products are delivered efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure on time and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Coordinate transportation and warehouse operations with third party logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory control activities.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and operational exceptions.
  • Track logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for medical devices.
  • Support stock transfers, product launches, and supply chain improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Participate in process improvement projects to optimize logistics performance, cost, and service levels.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support internal and external audits.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation processes, with familiarity in Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and working within regulated environments.
  • Experience managing or coordinating with third party logistics (3PL) providers is essential.
  • The candidate should also demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support efficient, compliant, and high quality supply chain operations.
