Responsibilities
- Promote Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts
- Develop, build, and strengthen long term relationships with stakeholders
- Partner with physicians and hospital personnel on products and solutions
- Support technical/clinical needs at hospital including therapy indications, pre procedure planning, intra operative support, and post implant patient management
- Provide technical expertise through presentations and product demonstrations
- Conduct on site education and consulting
- Provide on call support as needed
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to internal stakeholders
- Work closely with commercial organization to recommend enhancements in sales processes, product launches, and optimize clinical support pathway
- Ongoing technical development by staying up to date on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings
- Involvement in cross functional assignments
Requirements
- Ability to travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings
- Ability to be independently mobile while performing duties
- Experience in medical device or clinical support role

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Supports technical/clinical needs at hospital including but not limited to therapy indications, pre procedure planning, intra operative support, and post implant patient management.
- Provides technical expertise through presentations and product demonstrations.
- Conducts on site education and consulting, as well as supporting the establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Provides on call support as needed.
- Travels to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings.
- Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders.
- Works closely with commercial organization to recommend enhancements in sales processes, product launches, and optimize clinical support pathway.
- Ongoing technical development by staying up to date on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings.
- Involvement in cross functional assignments.
