About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure on time and accurate order fulfilment
- Coordinate transportation and warehouse operations with third party logistics (3PL) providers
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory control activities
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and operational exceptions
- Track logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for medical devices
- Support stock transfers, product launches, and supply chain improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure operational excellence
- Participate in process improvement projects to optimize logistics performance, cost, and service levels
- Maintain accurate documentation and support internal and external audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or inventory management
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment

A Day in the Life
- Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure on time and accurate order fulfilment.

- Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams.
- Participate in process improvement projects to optimize logistics performance, cost, and service levels.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support internal and external audits.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
Ideal Candidate
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation processes.
- Familiarity with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and working within regulated environments.
- Experience managing or coordinating with third party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Continuous improvement mindset, strong attention to detail.
