Responsibilities
- Promote Medtronic products and services within assigned geographic area and specific customer accounts
- Develop, build, and strengthen long term relationships with stakeholders
- Support technical/clinical needs at hospitals including therapy indications, pre procedure planning, intra operative support, and post implant patient management
- Provide technical expertise through presentations and product demonstrations
- Conduct on site education and consulting, and support customer relations with healthcare professionals
- Provide on call support as needed
- Travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings (60 70% travel)
- Communicate customer feedback on new products or modifications to internal stakeholders
- Work with commercial organization to enhance sales processes, product launches, and optimize clinical support
- Ongoing technical development on new products, solutions, and patient management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years experience in medical device industry or hospital environment
- Deep understanding of pain management and neuromodulation therapies
- Experience supporting Structural Heart procedures (TAVI/TPVI)
- Familiarity with OT environment: sterilization and radiation protocols
- Familiarity with current products, technologies, and market trends
- Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support

A Day in the Life

Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years’ experience in the medical device industry and/or working in hospital environment.
- Deep understanding of pain management and neuromodulation therapies
- Experience with supporting Structural Heart procedure (TAVI&TPVI) procedures
- Familiar with OT environment: sterilization and radiation protocols
- Familiar with current products and technologies and market trends
- Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel.
Nice to have Qualifications
- Familiarity with radiology protocols and imaging technology
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
- Prior hospital or clinic experience
- Ability to coordinate and participate in multiple tasks or projects in a fast paced environment
- Strong organization and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
