Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and clinical support during procedures to ensure the safe and effective use of Medtronic products and therapies.
  • Deliver product training and clinical education to physicians, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and hospital staff.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to support account development and therapy adoption.
  • Monitor and manage consignment inventory within assigned hospitals to ensure product availability for procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of case support activities, customer interactions, and inventory using company systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide clinical support during Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) procedures using Medtronic coronary technologies.
  • Support physicians during Renal Denervation (RDN) procedures and assist with therapy adoption initiatives.
  • Work closely with Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) teams to support procedures and deliver clinical training.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
  • 2 3 years of experience in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast paced clinical environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in catheterization laboratories (Cath Lab), interventional cardiology, vascular, or other cardiovascular procedures.
  • Familiarity with medical device technologies and clinical case support.
  • Additional certifications or training related to biomedical engineering or clinical applications.
