- Provide technical and clinical support during procedures to ensure safe and effective use of Medtronic products
- Deliver product training and clinical education to physicians, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to support account development and therapy adoption

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or related healthcare field
- 2 3 years of experience in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or related industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
- Fluency in English and Arabic

Responsibilities
- Provide technical and clinical support during procedures to ensure the safe and effective use of Medtronic products and therapies.
- Deliver product training and clinical education to physicians, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and hospital staff.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to support account development and therapy adoption.
- Monitor and manage consignment inventory within assigned hospitals to ensure product availability for procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of case support activities, customer interactions, and inventory using company systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide clinical support during Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) procedures using Medtronic coronary technologies.
- Support physicians during Renal Denervation (RDN) procedures and assist with therapy adoption initiatives.
- Work closely with Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) teams to support procedures and deliver clinical training.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
- 2 3 years of experience in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or a related industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast paced clinical environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in catheterization laboratories (Cath Lab), interventional cardiology, vascular, or other cardiovascular procedures.
- Familiarity with medical device technologies and clinical case support.
- Additional certifications or training related to biomedical engineering or clinical applications.
