About the Role
SMART HARMONY is hiring a Storekeeper to manage inventory, receive and issue materials, and maintain records in Mussafah. The role requires accurate stock management, coordination with teams, and ensuring safety and organization in the store.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of materials at all times
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits
- Receive materials, tools, and equipment from suppliers and verify against purchase orders
- Inspect materials for quantity, quality, and damages before acceptance
- Arrange and store materials properly for easy identification and access
- Issue materials to site teams based on approved requests
- Maintain stock registers, delivery notes, invoices, and inventory records
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, project engineers, and site teams
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and equipment following safety procedures
- Maintain records of company tools, equipment, and assets
Requirements
- Experience in inventory management and storekeeping
- Ability to maintain accurate records and conduct stock checks
- Knowledge of material receiving, inspection, and storage procedures
- Proficiency in using Excel or inventory systems

Detailed Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of materials at all times.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits.
- Receive materials, tools, and equipment from suppliers.
- Verify delivered items against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Inspect materials for quantity, quality, and damages before acceptance.
- Arrange and store materials properly for easy identification and access.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained safely.
- Label and categorize all materials systematically.
- Issue materials to site teams and staff based on approved requests.
- Maintain proper records of material issuance and returns.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites when required.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 1,800.00 AED 2,200.00 per month
