- Monitor material coordination between production, design and sales department
- Handle authority approvals of local agencies
- Correspondence with client / consultants / subcontractors
- Coordinate with different local authorities to obtain drawing approvals
- Prepare project schedule and send weekly updates
- Coordinate with design and estimation team
- Assure correct documentation of materials, inspections and closure
- Analyse project bottleneck and take immediate action
- Coordinate with multiple suppliers and team members
- Monitor and control materials release from suppliers
- Day to day management of the site, supervising labor force and subcontractors
Requirements
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- At least 3 8 years of working experience in FIT OUT PROJECT
- Excellent leadership skills to supervise the site
- Excellent communication in English Verbal/Written
- Can read technical drawings
- Familiar with relative raw materials
- Proficient in MS Projects

Qualifications, Education & Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture.
- At least 3 8 years of working experience in FIT OUT PROJECT.
- Experience in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership skills to supervise the site.
- Excellent communication in English Verbal/Written.
- Can read technical drawings.
- Familiar with relative raw materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Should be proficient in MS Projects.

- Will have to coordinate with multiple suppliers and team members.
- Prepare project schedule.
- Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
