- Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts for interior design projects
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Input and modify CNC programs to achieve desired outcomes
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines
- Select appropriate materials for each project and ensure efficient use of resources
- Work closely with designers and other team members to provide input on feasibility and design adjustments
- Follow safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate records of production processes, including machine settings and material usage
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality
Requirements
- Experience in CNC programming and machine operation for joinery or interior design
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of quality control procedures
