About the Role

- Stay up to date with updates and advancements in AV technologies and equipment
- Provide live technical support and troubleshoot hardware or software issues under pressure
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Must possess a valid UAE driving license
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues on the spot
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
