Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and office operations.
  • Maintain employee records, company files, and documentation.
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment follow ups.
  • Handle petty cash, bank transactions, and expense records.
  • Process payroll and maintain financial accounts.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, banks, and government authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
  • Provide administrative and financial support to management.
  • Prepare schedules/agendas and coordinate internal and offsite meetings.
  • Perform purchasing tasks

Pay

  • AED 2,000.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
