- Coordinate with clients, vendors, banks, and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
- Provide administrative and financial support to management
- Prepare schedules/agendas and coordinate meetings
- Perform purchasing tasks
Requirements
- Experience in administrative and financial support roles
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle petty cash and bank transactions
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
