- Supervise fabrication and installation of aluminium and steel works (doors, windows, partitions, cladding, etc.)
- Manage site workers and assign daily tasks
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and project requirements
- Monitor quality control and finishing standards
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
- Control material usage and reduce wastage
- Track daily progress and report to management
- Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Prepare progress claims, variations, and omission reports
Requirements
- 4 5 years UAE Experience in aluminium and steel fabrication/interior works
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong leadership and site supervision skills
- Knowledge of installation procedures and safety standards

Job Description
- The Steel & Aluminium Interiors Supervisor is responsible for supervising fabrication and installation work related to aluminium and steel interior projects.
- The role ensures that all site and workshop activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise fabrication and installation of aluminium and steel works (doors, windows, partitions, cladding, etc.)
- Manage site workers and assign daily tasks
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and project requirements
- Monitor quality control and finishing standards
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients

Requirements
