Position Overview
Full-time Store Manager - Men's Wear position in Dubai, UAE.
The role is with a Dubai-based enterprise operating luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales associates to deliver a world-class luxury shopping experience.
- Ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage inventory, staffing, scheduling, daily operations, and company policy compliance.
- Represent the brand at events, product launches, and within the community.
- Collaborate with regional management on marketing initiatives and business planning.
- Maintain brand standards for merchandising, visual presentation, and customer service.
Qualifications
- At least five years of luxury retail experience focused on luxury men's wear or men's fashion is required.
- Excellent grooming and professional presentation suitable for a luxury fashion environment.
- Expert-level clienteling experience managing VIP or high-net-worth clients is required.

- The position is based in Dubai, UAE and involves managing a physical retail store.
