Compensation
- Salary depends on experience and qualifications and includes housing and transportation.
Job Description
- Monitor pool and beach areas, enforce safety rules, assess weather and sea conditions, and identify hazards.
- Respond to emergencies by performing water rescue, First Aid, and CPR.
- Coordinate with hotel departments during emergencies when required.
- Inspect pool, beach, lifesaving, and safety equipment and report hazards, defects, or maintenance needs.
- Assist guests professionally and complete incident, inspection, and safety records accurately.
Qualifications
- A valid lifeguard certification is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of lifeguard experience is required.
- Hotel, resort, or beach experience is preferred.
- Strong swimming and water-rescue capability, physical fitness, and alertness are required.
- Good English communication and guest-service skills are required.
- The ability to respond calmly and quickly during emergencies is required.
Job Location
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires work around pool and beach facilities.
