Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day e-commerce operations and lead the e-commerce team.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, online orders, and product availability across e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor online sales performance and analyse e-commerce data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth operations, order fulfilment, and customer service
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years FMCG experience in food or non-food products is mandatory
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online sales, and digital operations.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
