A Dubai-based travel company is hiring an Indoor Sales Agent for its travel and tourism business.
The role sells holiday packages, flights, hotels, tours, and related travel services while supporting customers through booking completion.
Compensation
- Salary is described as dependent on experience and qualifications, plus commission.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and promote and sell holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours, and other travel services.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages, destinations, and services.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and inquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure smooth bookings.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of sales experience is required.
- Travel, tourism, holiday-package, or related hospitality sales experience is preferred.
- Strong sales and customer service skills and a proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings are required.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Additional languages and UAE travel and tourism experience are advantageous.
- Good knowledge of travel products, destinations, holiday packages, flights, and hotel bookings is required.
- Familiarity with GDS or reservation systems is an advantage.
