Role Overview
Relationship / Sales Manager responsible for off-plan property sales in Dubai.
The role includes 10 to 20 vacancies.
The position is full time and based in Dubai, UAE.
The hiring company is a UAE real estate developer and contracting firm focused on large-scale high-rise residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
- Conduct property tours and presentations highlighting key features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and manage documentation for property transactions accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience in off-plan sales within UAE developers is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate industry is required.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment is required.
Compensation
- Salary depends on experience and qualifications and includes competitive commission.
