Recruitment responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for overseas and bulk hiring campaigns across Asia, Africa, and other international locations.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for technical, operational, and professional positions.
- Coordinate expatriate recruitment activities and international sourcing strategies.
- Manage candidate pipelines for overseas recruitment campaigns.
Hiring coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and project timelines.
- Support recruitment across Asia, Africa, and other international locations.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in high-volume overseas recruitment.
- Strong focus on sourcing and hiring talent across Asia and Africa.
- Highly organized, proactive, energetic, and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
