- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the stewarding team
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all kitchen and back of house areas
- Monitor the proper cleaning, storage, and handling of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health regulations
- Manage stewarding schedules and allocate duties effectively
- Assist in inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Support kitchen operations during peak periods and special events
- Train and motivate stewarding staff to maintain high performance standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Stewarding Supervisor in a hotel, restaurant, golf club, or hospitality environment
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills in English
