About the Role
Dubai Golf is looking for a Guest Service Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service at a golf club. You will greet members, handle check-ins, assist with inquiries, and support daily operations.

- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and provide a high standard of customer service at all times
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general information about the club facilities and services
- Handle check ins, bookings, and reservations as required
- Ensure all guest areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Coordinate with different departments (golf operations, F&B, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support events, tournaments, and daily club activities as needed
- Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when required
- Maintain knowledge of club services, promotions, and events to assist guests effectively
- Assist with luggage handling, valet coordination, or transportation arrangements if required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and service protocols
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment
- Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Purpose and Scope of Position
- To deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience for all members and visitors.
- The role focuses on maintaining high service standards, supporting daily operations, and enhancing the overall guest experience across the club facilities.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
