Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest areas, common spaces, restrooms, and designated zones
- Make beds, change linens, clean floors, dust surfaces, and sanitize bathrooms and high touch areas
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals in accordance with safety standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately
- Replenish toiletries, towels, cleaning supplies, and other amenities as required
- Maintain personal grooming and hygiene in line with company standards
- Follow checklists and daily task schedules provided by the supervisor
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of guests and residents
- Support deep cleaning routines and special cleaning projects when needed
- Handle guest requests politely and promptly or escalate to the supervisor if needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience (preferably in a luxury property or hotel)
- Physically fit and able to handle long hours of standing, walking, and physical tasks
- Ability to communicate in basic English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
