- Ensure the driving range, members' range, short game area, and practice facilities are prepared and presented to the highest standards
- Prepare, clean, and maintain golf carts to ensure they are in excellent condition and ready for daily play
- Manage the bag drop area, bag storage, and cart return area efficiently
- Assist members and guests with loading and unloading golf bags
- Assign driving range bays and provide assistance with practice facilities
- Provide golf cart assistance and ensure carts are allocated efficiently
- Deliver a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all members and guests
- Maintain excellent presentation standards across all golf operations areas
- Follow all Golf Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support the Golf Operations team with tournaments, club events, corporate golf days, and member activities
- Ensure all equipment is handled safely and stored correctly
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns promptly
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English
- Friendly, approachable, and customer focused personality
- Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills
- Well groomed with a professional appearance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and transporting golf bags
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, leisure, or customer service is an advantage but not essential

Position Overview
- A vacancy exists within the Golf Operations Department at Jumeirah Golf Estates for the position of Golf Operations Attendant / Caddy Attendant.
- This role plays a key part in delivering a world class golf experience by ensuring all golf operational areas and facilities are maintained to the highest standards while providing exceptional customer service to members, guests, and visitors.
- The successful candidate will support the daily operation of the golf facilities and contribute to creating an outstanding guest experience in line with Jumeirah Golf Estates' service standards.
Key Responsibilities
