- Actively promote retail sales through the Club’s Pro Shop and upsell Club services

Purpose and Scope of Position
- The Seasonal Golf Professional is responsible for supporting the Cluster Director of Instruction and Senior Golf Professional in ensuring all policies, programs, rules, and regulations of the Academy are effectively implemented and maintained.
- This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional golf instruction, coaching Junior and beginner golfers, organising junior par 3 tournaments, schools programs, junior camps and ensuring a premium high level of coaching to all members and guests.
Main Duties
- Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in efficiently running the Academy.
- Maintain strong operational knowledge to deputize for the HOD as required.
- Collaborate closely with all Club Departments to ensure cohesive operations and a positive working environment.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to Golf Operations colleagues when needed.
- Deliver first class golf instruction to a diverse range of members and guests at the Club’s Golf Academy.
- Support the Senior Golf Professional in managing teaching programs, training modules, and the overall product offering of the Academy.
- Maintain teaching standards that reflect the Club’s reputation as a leading golf destination in Abu Dhabi.
- Ensure that all members and guests receive professional, courteous, and efficient service at all times.
- Address member needs promptly and ensure a premium experience throughout their visit.
- Promote the Club as a top tier golfing facility at all times.
- Assist in Club events, tournaments, corporate days, junior programs, and other activities as directed by the HOD.
- Represent the Club in competitions and external golfing events, maintaining professionalism and showcasing Club standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- PGA certified or equivalent golf professional qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in delivering structured golf instruction.
- Strong understanding of club operations and modern golf management practices.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and event days.
