📍 Location: Abu Dhabi
The role involves supervising steel and reinforcement activities on site, coordinating workforce operations, and ensuring work execution is carried out safely and in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise steel fixing and reinforcement works on site
- Coordinate workforce deployment and daily site activities
- Ensure steel works are carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety during execution
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and site teams
- Maintain discipline and workflow across site operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Steel Foreman in construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of reinforcement and steel fixing activities
- Ability to manage workforce and monitor site execution
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Safety-conscious with practical site experience
