About the Role
Sky High HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Engineer – Mechanical to support growth of engineering products and services across the UAE. The role involves developing new business, promoting mechanical products to EPC contractors, and achieving sales targets.

- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
- Promote mechanical products and engineering services to EPC contractors, end users, and industrial clients
- Achieve agreed sales targets and business objectives
- Support project opportunities from enquiry through execution
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans
- Strengthen relationships with principals, customers, and project stakeholders
- Support company registrations with new clients and maintain existing vendor registrations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering and business development
- Strong understanding of EPC, Oil & Gas, Industrial, or Infrastructure sectors
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Good command of English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
- Valid UAE Driving License
