Role Description
- Support day to day purchasing activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.
- Track deliveries, monitor inventory levels, and ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Assist in sourcing vendors, comparing quotations, and providing analytical support to optimize cost and quality.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
Qualifications
- Skills in Procurement and Purchasing, with experience supporting end to end purchasing processes.
- Skills in managing Purchase Orders, including creation, tracking, and documentation.
- Strong Analytical Skills to compare quotations, assess supplier performance, and support cost effective decisions.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross functional teams.
- Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing support roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic procurement principles, vendor management, and inventory control is beneficial.
