- Develop architectural designs, creating detailed plans and ensuring design concepts meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare drawings and specifications, and oversee design integration with related systems
- Participate in project planning, monitoring progress against timelines, and addressing design or technical issues
- Maintain high quality standards, adhere to local building codes, and contribute to continuous improvement of design and delivery processes
Requirements
- Strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with experience in concept development, detailed planning, and documentation
- Experience in Software Development and Integration, with ability to align architectural solutions with related technical systems when required
- Solid Project Management capabilities, including coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
- Relevant degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or licensure is an advantage
- Knowledge of local building regulations, codes, and standards in the UAE
- Proficiency in architectural design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Architect role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating detailed plans, and ensuring that design concepts meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.
- Daily activities include collaborating with cross functional teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, preparing drawings and specifications, and overseeing design integration with related systems.
- The role also involves participating in project planning, monitoring progress against timelines, and addressing design or technical issues that arise during implementation.
- The Architect is expected to maintain high quality standards, adhere to local building codes, and contribute to continuous improvement of design and delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with experience in concept development, detailed planning, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess experience in Software Development and Integration, with the ability to align architectural solutions with related technical systems when required.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management capabilities, including coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Relevant degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local building regulations, codes, and standards in the UAE.
