- Develop architectural concepts, prepare detailed designs and drawings
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Review project requirements and contribute to design presentations and documentation
- Monitor project progress and support integration of design elements with other disciplines
- Provide timely updates to project management teams
- Participate in site visits and resolve design related issues
- Help maintain quality, safety, and sustainability standards across assigned projects
Requirements
- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and detailed planning
- Skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural tools and systems coordination
- Effective Project Management skills, including scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field
- Proficiency in industry standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar) and familiarity with BIM workflows
- Knowledge of local building regulations, codes, and sustainable design practices in the UAE or GCC region
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Role Description
- This full time, on site Architect role is based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed designs and drawings, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards.
- Day to day activities include coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, reviewing project requirements, and contributing to design presentations and documentation.
- The role also involves monitoring project progress, supporting integration of design elements with other disciplines, and providing timely updates to project management teams.
- The Architect is expected to participate in site visits, resolve design related issues, and help maintain quality, safety, and sustainability standards across assigned projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and detailed planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural tools and systems coordination.
- Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills, including scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
