The Staffing Specialist provides end-to-end recruitment coordination and Talent Acquisition support across multiple business functions.

The role serves as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, HR Operations, and business stakeholders to support efficient and professional hiring experience.

include requisition and candidate administration, offer documentation, reporting, university relations, and maintenance of accurate recruitment data and compliance requirements.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to create job requisitions, job descriptions, and recruitment strategies.
• Build talent pipelines through ATS, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
• Participate in career fairs, campus recruiting, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Support university recruitment, graduate hiring, internship, and cooperative education programs, including engagement with universities and development of early-career talent pipelines.
• Administer pre-employment activities including background checks, verification, and onboarding coordination.
• Support Talent Acquisition systems, reporting, compliance activities, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient, complaint, and positive candidate experience

Requires 2-4 years of related experience

• Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Understanding data privacy, confidentiality, and recruitment compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Saudi recruitment and employment practices is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
