Digital Delivery

• Deploy technology roadmaps and automate traditional project management consultancy workflows.
• Oversee BIM data integration with project controls, schedules, and cost tools.
• Lead change management and training for project teams, engineers, and clients.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of software, interactive media, mobile applications, and IoT integrations.

Technology and Vendor Management

• Evaluate and manage construction technology vendors, software providers, creative agencies, and hardware suppliers.
• Hold partners accountable to service level agreements and technical specifications.
• Coordinate digital hardware integration with architects, designers, construction managers, and content curators.

Visitor Experience and Operations

• Develop smart visitor journeys involving ticketing, wayfinding, AR/VR activations, and digital crowd management.
• Coordinate site connectivity, hardware layouts, privacy compliance, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Establish technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and update processes for live operations.

Education and Experience

• A relevant bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, information technology, or a related field is required.
• At least 10 years of digital project, technical production, or software product management experience is required.
• At least 5 years of PMC, construction, or engineering experience, including 2 years in digital transformation or construction technology, is required.
• World Expo, Olympic Games, or major international event experience is required.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of agile or Scrum methods and tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project is required.
• Strong knowledge of AV, CMS, AR/VR/XR, projection mapping, cloud infrastructure, BIM, project tools, and data visualization is required.
• The role requires multilingual capability, multidisciplinary leadership, analytical thinking, and strong stakeholder communication.
• PMP, BIM Manager, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable.
