Role Overview
Lead testing strategy, testing activities, and quality engineering for high-quality software solutions.
Work across Agile and DevOps environments in the power systems domain, including energy management and market management systems.
Own medium-sized quality engineering tasks and mentor fellow team members.
Testing and Quality Responsibilities
- Define testing strategy, frameworks, test plans, test cases, and automation strategies.
- Oversee functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing across multiple projects.
- Manage test environments, data, tools, resources, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Develop maintainable automation tests for acceptance, functional, and regression cases.
- Integrate testing with continuous integration and CI/CD processes.
- Oversee performance, security, and load testing.
- Establish QA standards, compliance guidelines, defect tracking, root cause analysis, and feedback loops.
- Provide test reports, metrics, and insights to stakeholders.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and mentor engineers, analysts, and testers to improve team capabilities.
