Role Overview
Serve as the primary financial steward for a portfolio of AQCS projects.
Own financial data integrity from cost tracking through audit readiness while guiding project controllers and influencing cross-functional decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, reconcile, and report cost and cash movements across the AQCS project portfolio.
- Lead Project Management Reviews and regular cost and cash discussions with project teams.
- Identify financial risks early and ensure issues are addressed before reaching leadership.
- Reconcile foreign exchange positions with the treasury function.
- Advise on taxes, insurance requirements, and import or export duties.
- Support claims compilation and financial risk evaluations.
- Maintain project-level internal controls and support corporate or external audits.
- Reconcile project-related balance sheet positions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Proven finance experience with a background in project-based financial management.
- Ability to guide and influence cross-functional project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project controlling experience.
- CA, ICWA, or MBA from a recognized university.
- Experience with foreign exchange reconciliation and treasury coordination.
- Experience supporting internal or external financial audits in a project-based environment.
- Ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
